YesLane is a funding marketplace, not a lender

YesLane is a funding marketplace. We help owners of small businesses see which lenders work with businesses like theirs and, with your permission, connect you with those lenders. YesLane is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We do not make funding decisions, and we make no approval, offer, or guarantee of funding, amounts, or terms. Any funding decision, offer, and the terms of any funding are made solely by the lender, in its own discretion, under its own agreement with you.

Eligibility

YesLane is offered only for commercial and business purposes. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you are using YesLane on behalf of a business, and that any funding you seek is for business purposes — not for personal, family, or household use.

How matching works

You provide broad, non-sensitive information about your business. We use that structural information to show lenders that work with businesses like yours. We do not collect or evaluate credit-risk variables, and YesLane does not perform a credit check. The lenders shown are not ranked by any payment to us in a way that misrepresents their suitability, and being shown a lender is not a recommendation or an indication that you will receive funding.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business.
  • Use YesLane only for lawful, commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
  • Review the terms of any lender you choose to work with before entering into an agreement.

Electronic communications and consent

By using YesLane and giving us your contact details, you agree to receive records and communications from us electronically, including disclosures and notices. Where you opt in, you also agree to receive messages from YesLane and from the lenders you ask us to share your request with — by email, phone call, and text message, which may be sent using automated technology (message and data rates may apply). Consenting to marketing or autodialed messages is never a condition of using YesLane. You choose each channel and can change your choices or withdraw consent at any time on our consent management page. Licensing and state disclosures

YesLane operates as a neutral funding marketplace and is not a lender or broker. Licensing requirements and state-specific disclosures, where they apply, are described on our State Licenses & Disclosures page.

Intellectual property

The YesLane name, logo, content, and software are owned by YesLane or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. YesLane is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any lender. Governing law and dispute resolution
