We help owners of small businesses see which lenders work with businesses like theirs and, with your permission, connect you with those lenders. YesLane is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We do not make funding decisions, originate, fund, or service any financing, and we make no approval, offer, or guarantee of funding, amounts, or terms.

We do not operate as a lender or broker where that activity is licensed

Where the activity of lending or brokering financing requires a license, YesLane does not engage in that activity. We provide a funding marketplace and an introduction at your request; any funding, and the terms of any funding, are arranged solely between you and the lender you choose, under the lender’s own license, agreement, and discretion. Lenders shown in our marketplace are responsible for their own licensing and disclosures.

Where a license, registration, or disclosure is required for the activity we conduct in a particular state, it is listed below. This table is maintained by counsel and reflects our current licensing status by jurisdiction.
