Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

YesLane is a funding marketplace, not a lender. When you ask us to share your funding request, we share your request details with the matched lenders shown with that request so they can contact you. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws, that sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. This page explains your right to opt out and lets you submit a request.

Your right to opt out of sale or sharing

You have the right to direct YesLane not to sell or share your personal information. Sharing your request with lenders is always optional and is never a condition of browsing your matches. If you opt out, we will stop sharing your personal information with matched lenders for the purposes covered by your request. Opting out does not undo a request you have already asked us to share before you opted out; to manage communications you have already consented to, visit our consent management page.

Categories of personal information we sell or share

When you ask us to share your request, the categories we may sell or share with matched lenders are:

  • Identifiers — such as your name and the business name you provide.
  • Business structural information — broad, non-sensitive descriptors you choose, such as what your business does, how long it has operated, and an annual-revenue band.
  • Contact information — such as your email address and phone number.

We do not sell or share your device or usage information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of categories we collect and how we use them.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

YesLane honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC opt-out signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser — you do not need to submit the form below. Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. Exercising these rights will not affect the matches YesLane shows you or your ability to use the marketplace. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you opted out.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out or other request on your behalf.
