  • Contact information — such as your email address and phone number, and your consent choices for how lenders and YesLane may contact you.
  • Device and usage information — such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use information

  • To operate the funding marketplace and show you lenders that work with businesses like yours.
  • To pass your request to the lenders you ask us to share it with, so they can contact you about it.
  • To communicate with you about your request, consistent with your consent choices.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the service, and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

How we share information with matched lenders

When you ask us to share your request, we share your request details — including the identifiers, business structural information, and contact information described above — with the matched lenders shown with that request, so they can contact you about it. This sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws. You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share page. Sharing your request with lenders is optional and is never a condition of browsing your matches.

Categories of information shared

With your matched lenders, we may share the categories above: identifiers, business structural information, and contact information. We do not knowingly share device or usage information that identifies you with matched lenders for their own marketing. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate YesLane, and as required by law. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly-necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off.
