TCPA & Communications Consent

YesLane is a funding marketplace, not a lender. When you submit a funding request, YesLane asks for your permission to contact you and to let the matched lenders shown with your request contact you. This page explains what those permissions mean and how to change them. Each permission is optional and itemized — you choose them one by one, and none is checked by default.

Effective date: [[EFFECTIVE DATE — counsel]]

What each consent means

  • Text messages (SMS) — you agree to receive text messages about your funding request from YesLane and the matched lenders shown with that request.
  • Phone calls, including autodialed or prerecorded calls — you agree to receive calls about your funding request, which may be placed using an autodialer or use a prerecorded or artificial voice, from the matched lenders shown with that request.
  • Email — you agree to receive funding tips and offers from YesLane by email.
  • Sharing with matched lenders — you ask YesLane to share your request details with the matched lenders shown with your request so they can contact you about it.

Consent is not a condition of using YesLane

You do not have to agree to any of these to browse your matches. Your consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts is not required to use YesLane or to obtain any product or service. You can always reach out to lenders yourself instead.

How to revoke consent

You can withdraw any of these permissions at any time. Manage your choices on the consent management page, reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell a caller you wish to opt out. Revoking consent does not affect requests you have already shared with a lender.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your request and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. YesLane does not charge you for these messages.

Consent-text version archive

The exact wording you agree to is recorded with your request. We keep an archive of each version of that wording:

VersionSummary of change
2026-06-10.v1Initial granular consent language (SMS, calls, email, lender sharing).
