Consent to Electronic Records (E-SIGN)
YesLane is a funding marketplace, not a lender. To use YesLane, you agree to receive the disclosures, notices, agreements, and other records described below (“Records”) in electronic form instead of on paper. This Consent to Electronic Records is provided under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law.

Your consent to electronic records
By using YesLane and submitting a funding request, you consent to receive electronically: these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy; the consent acknowledgment you review at the contact step and any archived version of that wording; status messages about your request; and any other notice, disclosure, or record we are required or choose to provide. We may provide these Records on the YesLane website, by email, by text message, or through another electronic channel. Your electronic acceptance of the consent acknowledgment has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
Hardware and software requirements
To access and retain electronic Records, you will need:
- A device (computer or mobile device) with internet access.
- A current version of a standard web browser that supports modern security standards.
- An active email account and, for text-based notices, a mobile phone able to receive SMS.
- Software able to view and save PDF and HTML documents.
- Sufficient storage, or a connected printer, to keep a copy of Records for your reference.
If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you could not access or retain Records, we will notify you and give you the right to withdraw your consent without charge.
Right to withdraw consent and request paper copies
Your consent to receive Records electronically is voluntary. You may withdraw it at any time, and you may request a paper copy of any Record we have provided to you electronically. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies where permitted by law; the amount, if any, is [[PAPER-COPY FEE — counsel]]. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the legal validity of Records provided electronically before your withdrawal took effect. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to continue providing the service electronically, and you may not be able to keep using YesLane.

Because we deliver Records electronically, it is important that we always have a working email address and mobile number for you.
