Funding marketplace

A funding marketplace is a neutral matching directory that connects small-business owners with the lenders in its network that work with businesses like theirs. It is distinct from a lender, which provides the financing itself, and from a broker, which typically represents specific lenders and is paid to place deals. A marketplace instead shows an owner a set of relevant matches and lets the owner choose. YesLane is a funding marketplace: it is not a lender, carries no per-partner terms, and is free for businesses because lenders cover the cost.
